We grow and pack your plants with love, but sometimes things may not go as expected. This Refund & Return Policy explains how we, as your planter, handle replacements, returns, and refunds with honesty and care.

Our Promise & Timeline

  • Every order we ship is carefully checked, but if something goes wrong, we stand by you.
  • Replacement claims are valid for 7 days from the date your order is delivered.
  • For non-living items (like pots), you can request a return within 30 days.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, contact our support team with clear images or videos of the issue. We will evaluate the claim and offer a replacement or resolution.

Plant Replacement Policy

Since plants are living beings, we only replace them if they are truly beyond saving. You may ask for a replacement if:

  • The roots are completely uprooted.
  • The stems are broken badly.
  • The leaves are fully dried and the plant cannot be revived.

Example: If your Air Purifying Plant arrives with severely broken stems or a Bedroom Plant is completely dried, we will arrange a replacement.

Self Watering Pot Replacement Policy

Replacement is available only if:

  • The pot arrives with visible cracks or breakage.
  • Parts are missing or not delivered as per order.

Example: If you ordered a Self-Watering Pot and it arrived cracked or incomplete, you are eligible for replacement.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Live plants that are healthy and curable cannot be returned.
  • Sale items, and custom planters are non-refundable.
  • We do not accept returns for products damaged due to improper care after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return or replacement claim is approved, we will notify you via WhatsApp and Email.

If a refund is applicable, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Bank or credit card companies may take additional time to process refunds.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us immediately.
